Ordering information

After selecting the book(s) or other items that you wish to order, you can place your order via the secure site, by e-mail, post or telephone. There is an order form which you can print out and use for orders by post - but this is not essential.

Please make sure that you include all the necessary information:-

your name, address, postcode or zipcode and e-mail address
the item(s) you want to order - if ordering for Brother electronics, please tell me the model of your machine, for DKnit the version you are using (5, 6 or 7) and for disks whether you want Brother or DKnit format.

Payments can only be made for books, back issues of Link, etc. by STERLING cheque or postal order. Please e-mail me if there is something you want and cannot pay by sterling cheque or PO - I may be able to help.

Sorry - credit card payments only for DesignaKnit programs, lace tool, updrages, floppy to CD and links.

All goods are normally posted within 2 - 3 working days of receipt of the order and usually take about 3-4 days in the UK, 4-5 days Europe and 5 - 10 days elsewhere. All prices include air mail postage - if you prefer the goods to be sent surface outside Europe, please e-mail me for the price, but remember that this can take 6 - 8 weeks.
